AGEN and AGEN-USA Inc. volunteers can offer consultancy services on a significant number of aspects of rural and grassroots life in Sub-Saharan Africa and United States of America. A significant number of AGEN and AGEN-USA Inc. volunteers were born and raised in villages of Sub-Saharan Africa but had an opportunity to be educated abroad in high quality and reputable educational institutions. A significant number of our volunteers are aware of challenges faced by the people we serve and are willing to help for free. They also speak several vernacular languages of the people living in Sub-Saharan Africa and they can easily get attached to grassroots people. Our consultancy services are geared at helping women and men, regardless of their race, tribe, national origin, gender, sex orientation or religion cope with the impact of fast globalizing world. Here, we invest in women and men through cutting edge monitoring and empowerment techniques; the end product is empowered women and men capable of navigating a fast globalizing world and be free from the cycle of poverty. We also identify opportunities available in local and international contexts and invest to sustain benefits of our intervention.
